Contact Johnson Electric

Send motor and actuator requirements for review.

Use the contact channels below for product data, sample planning, compliance documents or a torque-speed curve shortlist.

Spec review

Send torque, rpm, voltage, stroke and duty-cycle details. We will route the request to a micro-motor or actuator advisor. A useful request includes rated point, peak load, package diameter, expected current limit and noise target so the first response can compare real motor curves instead of asking for the same data later.

Samples and documentation

Ask for ISO, IATF, medical quality, material declaration and validation evidence for the product family under review. If your program needs PPAP timing, RoHS, REACH, ISO 13485 or ISO 14001 evidence, include that requirement with the sample request so the documentation path is checked before parts are shipped.

Regional sourcing

Share expected annual volume, launch region and target sample date so lead-time and production continuity can be discussed. Regional sourcing details help identify whether a standard Johnson Electric product family, a configured actuator assembly or a program-specific supply plan is the better first conversation.

The contact process is meant to be friendly to both engineers and buyers. Engineers can send incomplete application notes and ask what to measure next; buyers can send annual volume, target price window, production region and compliance expectations. When both views are available, the response can separate technical risk from sourcing risk. For example, a motor may fit the envelope but require a driver update, or an actuator may satisfy force but need a different screw pitch to reduce current. Naming those trade-offs early prevents slow quote cycles and helps your team decide whether to request samples, documentation or a more detailed supplier review.

Two-column inquiry form

Include the engineering values you already know. Unknown fields are acceptable; the advisor response will explain what should be measured next.
